Currently, our software is optimized for Windows PCs, leading to compatibility issues with macOS.
This is due to differences in how MP4 video files are handled between the two operating systems.

The orb comes with 4GB of internal memory, allowing you to easily store and play your MP4 480 x 480 video files.

Yes-you do it yourself! The sphere comes with a usB cable. just plug it intoyour computer and drag in your MP4 ultrasound video (we recommend 720x720 resolution).
